    Refund Policy

    A refund may only be made on a product if a manufacturing fault is present.
    Should there be a fault with the garment, notification to Volume Wear must be made within 5 business days after the purchase date for a refund to be applicable. When items are returned, they must be:

    • In brand new original condition,
    • Unworn and unwashed,
    • All tags attached with original packaging,
    • Free from makeup and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder).

    Returns must be sent back within 10 days after contacting Volume Wear.

    If a return is sent to Volume Wear prior to contacting us, the return will not be accepted. Contact must be made via email to sales@volumeweartm.com before any returns are sent.

    Refunds are not offered for change of mind. All sales on discounted items are final.
